      The following contents accessibility may be limited for the reasons listed below:

      1. Animated fly-in content
        The website’s “fly-in main content,” which becomes visible progressively as users scroll, may in some cases cause issues for certain screen readers. However, as this is a purely visual effect, it should not impair readability in text-based browsers or when a text-only view is enabled.

      2. Content of the “RentPay Core” graphic is image-only
        The textual content within the “RentPay Core” infographic is embedded in the image and therefore not rendered as selectable text, which means it cannot be read by screen readers or highlighted as regular text.

      3. Low Color Contrast
        Some text elements provide insufficient color contrast due to the chosen font color, which may affect readability for older users or individuals with visual impairments. To maintain this design choice while ensuring accessibility for users with visual impairments, we provide assistive tools on our website.       4. Anchors partially contextually misassociated
        Due to the website’s design, some anchor links (which navigate to other sections on the page) are placed in the source code at locations that do not fully align with their contextual references, particularly within the legal text sections.
        This approach was implemented intentionally to ensure that, within a standard browser, anchor links scroll the associated context into the visible viewport despite specific design constraints. Without this measure, certain text sections would be obscured by the header banner image.
        However, this implementation may cause confusion for screen readers or text-only browsers when using these anchors.

          You can increase the text size in five incremental steps until it reaches a size that is comfortable for you to read.

        2. Contrast
          Increasing color contrast improves readability by making text stand out more clearly from the background.
          At the fifth contrast level (150%), many elements with colored backgrounds switch to a white or softened background, along with additional minor adjustments beyond the general contrast increase, which significantly improves readability.
          At 150%, the typeface is also changed to enhance overall readability, even if this comes at the expense of visual design consistency.

        3. Color inversion
          The intelligent color inversion adjusts the website’s color scheme so that light elements become dark and dark elements become light. This applies only to elements where inversion is desirable; for example, many images are excluded from inversion.
          Color inversion is the most far-reaching option and—often in combination with increased contrast—is intended to make the website significantly more readable, especially for users with visual impairments.
