Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. You may use the model withdrawal form that we provide at https://www.rent2buy.gmbh/en/pdf/Withdrawal-Form.pdf, but this is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation (e.g., by email) that we have received such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 100.

You are only required to compensate for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functionality.
