    1. if the Creditreform creditworthiness scoring (CEG, Boniversum) for you yields a green, i.e., good result (no public negative entries are present and an unambiguous identification by CEG exists).

Of course, we also ship large and bulky consignments such as pianos, mixing consoles, and speakers completely free of charge for you, provided that the Creditreform creditworthiness scoring (CEG, Boniversum) for you yields a green, i.e., good result (no public negative entries are present and an unambiguous identification by CEG exists). In rare exceptional cases, this may not be possible or only possible to a limited extent. In such cases, we will contact you before initiating shipment to discuss the next steps with you. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with as many contact options as possible during registration.

    1. If you need your goods as quickly as possible, we offer express delivery via our in-house delivery service. Express delivery cannot be offered free of charge. Please clarify the costs with us by email in advance.
